Admission Criteria

OPEN ADMISSION POLICY

Admission are on a first come first serve basis, as per the age eligibility criterion. From Grade 1 onwards, a competency level test is conducted to assess the child's admission to a particular grade.

DOCUMENTS WE NEED

At the time of admission, the following documents need to be submitted.
1. An attested photocopy of the "Birth Certificate".
2. An attested photocopy of the "Aadhar Card".
3. School report cards of the last two years (if applicable)
4. School Leaving Certificate
5. Two passport size photographs.

Exam Schedule

Minimum 75% attendance is necessary for appearing in the Annual examination.
If a student is found using unfair means in the test/examination, his/her result in that subject would be cancelled and disciplinary action will be taken against him/her.
If a student is suffering from an infectious disease, parents/ guardians should keep their ward(s) at home till he/she gets fully recovered and submit his/her Medical Certificate/Records. This rule applies during examination and test also. Result of such cases is reviewed on the basis of monthly test, 1st terminal and TERM's examinations, past record and consultation with the class teacher.
No Leave will be allowed during test and examinations except on medical grounds.
In case of Medical Leave, Medical Certificate has to be submitted.

Fee Policy

Fee Payment Schedule
School fee is payable in 4 quarterly installments on or before the following due dates:
Installment Due Date
1st Installment 10th April
2nd Installment 10th August
3rd Installment 10th October
4th Installment 10th December
Payment Modes
Parents can choose either of the following methods for fee submission:
Online Payment: Visit our official website, go to the Pay Online / Fee Payment tab, and proceed securely via net banking, debit/credit cards, or UPI.
Offline Payment: Fees can be deposited directly at the school accounts desk.
Counter Timings: 07:30 AM to 02:00 PM (All working days)

⚠️ Important Rules & Regulations
Late Payment Fine: A fine of ₹50 per day will be applicable for payments made after the stipulated due date.
Sibling Concession: Please note that the school does not offer sibling concessions if two or more children from the same family are enrolled.
Attendance Policy: If a student remains absent continuously for 7 consecutive days without prior approved leave notice, their name will be struck off from the school rolls.
